Carbon or Cocoa Xcode Bundle + C++ Wrapper

I am creating a FileMaker Plugin, which has a C++ SDK, I want to create either a Carbon or Cocoa bundle, with some c++ wraper code so I can access the functions ? from the C++ Code. For example I just want a simple function to show a file choose dialog coded in either carbon or cocoa, in a Bundle, then some C++ code to call the dialog code in the bundle.
