I inherited this site and the "booking" form -- which is where this project lies.
The best I can determine, this site (originally written in php, but I can't find any).... utilizes C-Panel, AlphaMail and Perl.
I am able to make basic changes to the site as I know basic html, etc.
I did make some changes to the form with some assistance, but client has always been unhappy with some of the functionality, lack of spam filtering -- there is no captcha or similar, and may also want to change what fields are "required". What the form states is required and what is actually required is not clear.
Other things he doesn't like is if you experience an error filling out the form, it wipes out the info and you have to start over. I'm not sure if there is a remedy to that, given the structure we are working within.
MAIN GOALS: to have a more versatile, functional form, incl. some sort of captcha, with a more "friendly" feel to the form for visitors to fill out. We are open to change but will need to stay within same basic server constraints, etc. that we currently have in place.
I need suggestions and some idea of pricing to make changes.
The form is located here: [login to view URL]

## Deliverables
I would like the form to be set up so that it is fairly easy for me to modify in the future...
The event dates and descriptions change and occasionally new offerings need to be added.
I am pretty good at following existing code and then duplicating and modifying it... for basic changes, like adding another item with radio buttons, or check mark, or drop down... but changing it on the web form doesn't translate automatically to mirror that for the output... at least not in the current configuration.
If the client changes involve the output also, then I would most likely defer back to rentacoder for assistance, unless some fairly easy instructions could be included that I could follow.
I welcome any questions that will help clarify this.
For most programmers, I think this is likely a fairly simple and basic project.
Thanks.
