Beach Cruiser Website, Easy, Simple Site will need Flash

I need a website done for Beach Cruisers. The shop is located in a California Beach Town, so I need the site to have that kind of feel. I would like to have some kind of Flash content that had a beach theme, and if you could include the Huntington Beach Pier somehow, I will provide a bonus. The site needs to show the bikes that the shop sells, but we want the site to be as simple as possible. Ideally I would like the site modeled after this site: [login to view URL] But the site must have 1. A Beach Theme - preferably with the Huntington Beach Pier ( can google a pic of it) 2. Buttons for the different styles of bikes the site sells - Pics of the different bikes must be included. All pics can be on one page, as long as they are sorted correctly. 3. A button for a customer to click if they need the store to find a custom bike, or if they need a bike shipped to them. The Bike Shop Sells the following bikes 1. [login to view URL] - The A2B Bike They have a logo, but if you feel you can improve it all the better, and there is a bonus for that too, as well as e commerce if it can be done affordably within this bid.
