I need a website where Parents can pay and signup and search for baby sitters.

It is free for the baby sitters to signup.

Parents can only get the baby sitters contact details when they make a one-off payment to register to the website.

Either a parent can contact a baby sitter or a baby sitter can apply for a job on the “JOB?? page, which the parents post jobs on.

Baby sitter search = when you click search the first option should be, UK or USA, then when the country is set, the search can start.

Parent should able to leave feedback for baby sitters (like eBay feedback system)

After payment is made by parents to register, the contact details of all the baby sitters are released to the parents

Baby sitter should be able to upload CV to their profile, viewable by parents once payments are made.

Picture upload should be possible as a part of the profile.

Baby sitters should have a star or some sort of ranking system, depending on feedback given by previous parents, should work like the eBay ranking system, ranking percentage and super sitter would be the best baby sitter.

JOBS page should be able to baby sitters, besides from the normal search, parents should be able to post a job on the JOB page, with their criteria’s and baby sitters can check these jobs and apply, with the click of the button and a small text to go with the application, that’s if they fit the criteria.

When a baby sitter applies for a job, both parties will receive an email to inform of this action.

Baby sitters should be able to upload a video to represent themselves and/or sound (mp3). videos can be added via YouTube to make things easier.

Parents should be able to save baby sitters into their "favorites
