ACCOMMODATE IT BRIEF NO 7 - HELP!!!

HI AND PLEASE REPLY IF YOU ARE A DEDICATED ETHICAL WORKER: The Accommodate It site is being built as a mock up for tender purposes. So far 4 tenders have been let for graphics, which are being built to be loaded into the site as it grows. So what you see is a basic alpha 20% built site where many things are thrown together to give a basis for work. Now the graphics will be very neat and flash when all installed over the next 8 weeks. So the site now is just to get the drift of the idea only - [login to view URL] WE NEED: I can just knock together a html page and thats about it. I need a programmer to do bits here and there. However I can exactly specify what I need. Later tenders will be let for the main data base etc. However prior to the tender going our there are odds jobs - some may take an hour, some 10 minutes, some eg help me get a table to work, etc. They will by mostly very easy to answer. So I need a person on an hourly charge rate. THE TENDER: Assume 5 hours blocks are awarded. This measn I contract you for 5 hours and you do work timing yourself and send me a time sheet detailing work. At end of each 5 hours I go on or not - depending on price and performance and if we get on. *** THE TENDER: SO please tender here for 5 hours work. *** Payment will be by Western Union (Australian banks have black listed PayPal and its hard to use ecash from here). I also need help writing the data base spec. for tender and reviewing the tenders.
