Dating script with aedating features and functionality

I'm looking for dating script that has the same features and functionality (user area and admin panel) of aedating. Also I need to make few changes and add functionality to the site. I like the software to be written in PHP with MySQL database for the linux Apache server environment. I like to have the full owner ship of the software with source code – without any encryption. This module is part of my large on line project. My budget for the project is US $300.
