ATTN Coders: Need a simple php gallery and image host script coded!

need a simple script that allows public image hosting. Users will be able to browse to an image and host it quickly on my server, and also displays the link to the image. Also need a customized gallery script which will work with my layout. You may view my layout at [login to view URL] The features I need are the links in the layout. Some additional components include the public image host and a way for me to display random images and top rated on the front page. Also I need a way to display the top 5 active users so I can hold prizes as incentives. This all needs to be secure. The aim of this site is to provide a extremely simplified gallery host and image host. Here is what I need done: I will supply you with the .psd for the layout. I need you to create it into a website and make all the scripts to handle everything. FRONT PAGE (public) - random images, top images, monthly top 5 active members - QUICK UPLOAD (public) - user browses for image, uploads to a directory, and script outputs a link to the image. - register/login to member area - they must agree to rules i will write - no email confirmation - their password is automatically generated and emailed to them, they don't choose initial password. MEMBERS AREA (logged in) - set up image gallery (user will select a name and category) - upload images (user will be able to upload images to their gallery) - manage gallery (user can edit order of images, delete images) - "my account" (user can change password; user can set their display name, city, state, (optional: email, aim, yahoo, msn, website) - my friends (user can add, edit, delete other users from their friendlist. - invite a friend (the just enter their friends name and email and click send) - my stats (shows how many ppl viewed their images, how many images they uploaded, how much space they are using) ADMIN AREA (my account) - Add admin - Delete User - Ban IP - Delete picture (i can browse to a members gallery and delete an image) - Manage categories (add,edit,delete categories) There may be more requirements as we go along but I am willing to pay more than what's bidded as we see fit. I need this project done within 3 weeks, and would like someone who has great communication skills and can provide me updates everyday.
