Create video chat system using TokBox

Hi,

We require a PHP developer to design a virtual waiting room/video chat room using TokBox([login to view URL]). Our website is utilising the YiiFramework([login to view URL]) and it is required that bidding freelancers have experience using this framework. DO NOT BID if you are not a Yii Framework developer.

Our users need the ability to schedule a video chat session to communicate with a second user using their web cam and microphone. Users will be able to search for other users from the members portal and then using the existing booking wizard they can schedule a video chat with a selected user.

Until the second user has joined the session it will be a waiting room displaying the profiles of both users and instructions on connecting the microphone and web camera.

When a user joins a video chat session it will send an email notification to the second user saying the video session has started and they are waiting for you to join. Once the second user joins, the video from both users will then be displayed. As a backup measure in case the microphone does not work there will need to be a basic text chat system so both parties can still communicate.

The website will also need to send notifications to both parties 15 minutes before the scheduled video chat session is due to start. It will also need to record any text chats and show a clock counter for both users so they know how long the video session has been running.
