Hi,
My customers can buy a prepaid IT packages for supporting them trough the year. When a company buys a package he gets prepaid support hours (several packages). I want a tooling where i can register, per client, which package he has, and all the contact moments (incl the given support) . Also the tool must show how many hours are left, after i added a contact moment. The tool must also contain great reporting. (overview per client, with contact moments and hours left).
The best thing would be a joomla component for joomla [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
