Booking module for consultation with doctor

Booking module for online consultation with doctor This module will have folllowing part – USER-The users once click on the icon will be able to see a new window, where in they will be able to see different doctors according to CATEGORIES, and if they select any category they will be able to see the number of doctors registered or available in that category . After choosing a doctor and click submit button the user will be taken to next page where he will be able to see the calendar related to that particular doctor ( he can search the availability of particular calendar and book his session with the doctor after selecting a slot in calendar). In other terms he can search the doctor‘s schedule and book his appointment with that doctor. After selecting the doctor and booking the slot with that doctor and automatic message will be sent to both the doctor and the user who booked the slot. Reminder of the same will be sent 1 hour before the appointment. User can only log into this system and book appointments after he pays for the sessions. But we want the user to pay in advance a certain fixed amount to admin and every time he books any appointment with the doctor the amount will get deducted from his deposits and once he uses all his deposits he can than book the next appointment only after he pay in advance to admin. After receiving the payment the admin will update the system and the deposits will appear on user screen and he can than again uses the money from the deposits to book a session with a chosen doctor. Doctor- they will be allowed to set the timings they are available for video meeting online. There will be an online calendar which means that whatever changes a doctor will make in the calendar will appear on the screen of the user. They can edit there profile, also (name, profession, qualification, contact details and will be allowed to send SMS to the user regarding the appointment). They can edit the booked appointment only 10 hours before the scheduled appointment. Anything later than that can be changed only by the admin. Also doctor will be able to see the list of his booked appointments and timings too, also they will be allowed to see how much income they have received from the booked appointments (date wise, month wise, particular date, etc, area wise) ADMIN- Will be able to manage everything. add new doctor , new user, manage and edit user & doctor. Manage deposits and transfer deposits , manage profiles and make announcements and send SMS and emails to user and doctors. Allowance of SMS ( admin decide who can send how many SMS) FOR MEETING ONLINE- we already have the platform. so once the session is booked we will send the email or message the link of that platform to the user who booked the session. consultation will be done on that platform so we just need this module to book the sessions and manage the related data . SMS- We are already have the API for this so you just need to integrate it here. Payment option for booking- We dont need payment gateway here. what we need is just a data manager which will virtually manage the total amount user has deposit with us and how much he has used and he will be notified if the deposits is about to end.
