Add Payment Gateway to Daloradius

I would like to have an opensource mobile payments gateway ( [login to view URL] ) intergrated into Daloradius. The gateway is built on PHP and mysql. The gateway and daloradius share the same database. When a user makes a payment on their mobile phone, the payment infomation is saved on the database.
So for user to buy an internet package;
- they would first make a payment of prefered package, the data is saved in the database
- the user then goes to the signup form of the relevant package, puts in their the phone number and transaction ID they recieved into the form
- the data is compared to what is in the database and if it exists, the user is given a username and password to use.
- the transaction ID is then marked as "used" (moved to another table) in the database so that a user doesnt use the same infomation again.
Daloradius already has a signup form so the only addition would be of the payment details(mobile number & transaction ID) into it for confirmation.
