Chat Application (Similar to WhatsApp/Viber) mobile phone

We're looking for someone to make an application similar to the whatsapp mobile application.
This should include:
Messaging (Individual, group & broadcast)
Contact list (sync with phone contact list & facebook contacts)
Similes
Media messaging (Images, video and voice)
Viewed & read times
User online indicators
User Profile (with status)
Settings
- Password
- Chat settings (font size, colours etc)
Ability to make voice call to users (Similar to Viber app)
Ability for messages & media to be available for certain amount of time after being read.
Social invite (invite facebook friends to use app)
Push notifications when you get a new message
Usage Indicator
Needs to work on iphone, android, windows phone & blackberry.
Design will be handled by our own designer.
Should be built with a database that we can interface with from a web application too.
