We would like to make make our website load differently on mobile phones. We need help with from a designer who ca deliver CSS and information on changes to code to render only the mobile CSS to enable a good mobile experience.
It is a quick job where we need to load literally only one element to the mobile site. Links for other services will say, please login from your desktop for these services.
The designer should be able to deliver an excellent design for us to approve the bid.
