Customize Magento Web Site

We need to customize some small parts of a Magento Web Site Store, as follows:

1. Add a required custom registration field that appears to the user and to the admin.. (Text field)

2. Customize the auto-response email message

3. Add text to all page footers

4. Translate the "Some of the products cannot be ordered in the requested quantity" text
