Create Magento paymeny gateway extension

I am looking for someone to help me create a Magento payment gateway extension for merchant company Forte.net. I've communicated with them, and they do not currently offer an extension. **I do not need you to install this for me. I will install it myself. I would like the Forte extension to appear as an option in the admin like other merchant services. Located here: Login to Magento admin: go to... System > Configuration > Payment Methods (or Payment Services) The extension must handle all typical items that a normal merchant extension would handle. (Example [login to view URL]) Once the project is complete, I want everything as a zipfile with proper directory structure.
