Compare Databases and transfer missing data URGENT

Hi. We have two magento databases, one is live, and one is a database that was in use up to one week ago. I need someone to look at the old database and find order & customer records that do not exist in the new database, and copy them across. My client also has this extension installed - http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/Maison+du+Logiciel/extension/2243/magento-embedded-erp I'm not sure if this will have extra records in the database, but we can cross that bridge when we come to it. This needs to be cleared up in hours rather than days, so only bid if you have confidence that you can finish it in that time period.
