Business card 5. 2 stickers of different sizes. One has a dimension of 5" X 3 ½". The other is 2 5/8 X 6" 6. Several files of the logo. Samples below and attached. With and without script. 7. Creation of an advertising page suitable for use as a flyer modeled on the web site. 8. Installation and some balancing to header web page at [login to view URL] as well as the installation of the new logo. 9. Installation of logo in the header of my invoice app which is Access 2007 format 10. Creation of a header suitable for use as a letterhead in Word 2007 format in company correspondence. I am under the impression that all the files should be high resolution pdf files with the exception of the last three items. The website is using LAMP architecture if that is relevant. If these tasks turn out to be too varied I can certainly separate them. I added them all in just to be able to increase the contract size somewhat if that were some coders preference. It takes time to complete each make and award and complete each contract so if possible I would prefer to award the contract to one coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
