DHL API SERVICE INTEGRATION

I am looking for some to built a shipping module for Prestashop ver. 1.48 to be used on my domain. First, you should see and understand what is the toolkit for. Then advice me , what kind (cheapest) hosting plan do I need that the DHL XML SERVICE TOOLKIT interact with my Prestashop Website. Pls understand that In the future it will be released the Prestashop 1.5 so the module has to be easy to install. kind of just copy/paste like other modules in prestashop. So i need to be clear with the customer by giving them a clear Invoice, detaling every charge i made them. Shipping, our Service Charge (haddling), fuel Surcharge, Insurrance, Tax over Shipping, , paperwork fees, and any extra charge for out of limit destination, No tax will be charged over the product. Knowing that, we want that the shipping module, quote automatically the shipping cost of the products selected. If customer do a checkout, i want to be delivered the tracking number to the customer (after payment verification of course), be able to print out the airwaybill just like it is told on the dhl xml service toolkit. The shipping module should be logged to the registration form, since the DHL xml service toolkit has all the parameters to determine the exact location of the customer. This needs to be done well since the prestashop registration for is too simple and dhl has it compleat. Such as country/state/City/Area things like that...
