Develop SMPP java application using openSMPP

This a brief description about what we need to be develop, basically there will be an interaction between the SMPP Java application with a Dababase (MYSQL).

For our case we will need the [Database] and[Java program].

It will be necessary that application support the SMPP 3.4.

Basically our general model requirement will be:

**[MO sms] <--> [SMSC] <-->[Java program] <--> [Database]**

General details for **[Java program] <--> [Database]** :

Get the **field string** (short_message or message_payload) from Deliver_SM. Parse string according any rule. Insert the fields from Deliver_sm and Deliver_sm_resp to Data Base. According to the parsing the SMPP application will response back any answer (MT SMS) using a Submit _sm including a **delivery** **receipt** flag. Insert the fields of Submit_sm and Submit_sm_resp to Data Base Generate a CDR row.

It should be developed using **Linux, Mysql and OpenSMPP** Java Libs from Logica ([url removed, login to view])

How long will you take to develop this?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
