Basic Website Builder

We need to create a site builder. Very easy and simple. The site builder will be basically a form where the user enters his data and then, with that data, a shell script on a linux vps will create a wordpress blog based on one of two templates. The script needs to: 1. add a virtual host to [login to view URL] (all sites will be hosted as subdomains of a single domain) 2. create the directory for the new site 3. deploy wordpress there 4. install 1 of 2 possible themes 5. create and populate the wp database 6. change database records to reflect the information entered by the user and also the site's url (subdomain) 7. send couple of emails The website builder form itself contains several fields. Also, I would like to offer the user the possibility to retrieve relevant images from the web or create images (using third part app or similar) so when they get to the logo part, main image, etc they dont get discouraged and simply can select an image or quickly create one with specified dimensions. Please explain more or less if you have an idea on how to accomplish this part of the form. Bid approximately and more information will be given on pmb.
