Affiliate website designs

Ok I have posted similar projects but have never had the right person to act on them. Here is what I am looking for. 1. Someone who can build affiliate websites Our definition: We give you the basic website design in html format you take it turn it into a complete website where I can edit all the affiliate programs from one place either a page or a admin area. 2. Affiliate programs we are looking to build affiliate websites for #1 Google adsense, #2 Ebay, #3 Amazon, #4 Clickbank, #5 cj, Now please understand you really need knowledge of the above affiliate programs not all of them but most of them like Google - Ebay and amazon are the main ones. Please note before bidding real big that we are providing the web design all you got to do is turn it into a php website so it will pull affiliate urls from one place. Now I got to have full rights and you guarantee no one else will ever come up with the same design as we have. It would help if you had a paypal account but not a must. We are going to try someone out on this one guaranteed so bid low and show quality work and you may get 20 or thirty of these to do right off or at least within a month or two
