Affiliate Auction Website Creator Software

Would like to create a PHP based website system or simliar software? to use on linux hosting? that would allow a master user to generate an affiliate website using template based system.? Create a number of 5-10 simple html (php) (css) templates that would self generate a completed website, website would require a license to run, (prevent buyers of affiliate websites from copying and reselling). Must support affiliates of ebay, amazon, clickbank, and adsense at least.? would have a master admin panel that client's info would be entered into, along with domain name, affiliate ids, etc.? to generate there own afiliate websites.? Websites would then be able to be customized with basic color changes, uploading new header, footer, etc.? all that could be done on master admin page.? Something that could generate a nice looking template driven website very quickly.? Allow for adding of html code or banners on the page as well for commission junction items. Could provide a sample of the kind of website that I am looking for.? Do have some template examples of what I am wanting to have it look like. Basic affiliate website with ability to enter codes in admin area, codes would self update and generate a completed php or html page that would be uploaded to clients hosting or my hosting. would ask for agreement that this software would not be resold or recreated for anyone else from coder. ## Deliverables Would also like to see a copy of the completed software converted into an affiliate program. Could see license to sofware for say 5 websites, customer could create 5 websites and then load only 5....i set this number in admin and it drives it off the software code (license).
