1 - convert site to latest Joomla 3 version
2 - include all relevant plugins or replacements - image viewer, backup, FAQ module, versions, others
3 - design the new template with mobile/tablets, responsive in mind, new site should look good on all relevant resolution
5 - deploy the site, will provide the required access
