Can you hack Virtuemart? Then I could use your help.

Hello, I need some custom code added to Virtuemart. What I'd like is to have a Table appear on each product page that shows who has previously purchased that product. Each Table entry should include (3) pieces of information: 1) The initials of the purchaser. 2) The City and State that they are from. 3) The date and time that the purchase was made. There are also (3) functions that the table itself should have: 1) The total amount of times that the product has been purchased should appear in the Table's "Header" area. 2) If a user views an item that he has previously purchased and his entry appears in the Table, then it should be highlighted. 3) Only 10 entries should appear on-screen at a time. A scroll bar should appear when the Table contains more than 10 entries. All data for each entry should be taken from Virtuemart's Database entries.
