Build a simple Joomla component and modules

I need a simple Joomla component and two very similar modules created.
The component just needs to capture about 10 fields input into the component via the Joomla admin. This information then needs to be stored in a database table. These fields then need to be displayed in a certain way on the modules. Most fields are simple text fields, one is a date, one is a url and the final one is for an image.
A full specification document is attached with mock-up screenshots. PSD files will be supplied for the two modules.
The version of Joomla is 1.5.
