dhtml/javascript interface using Yahoo js library and yui-ext

I need the following developed a html UI using javascript that has the following items one div wicth white background and next to it the following items a file browse button, if this is clicked then you can browse to an imag. If this is selcted then its palced in the empty layer an button called "Add text layer: if this is clicked then a yui-ext dialog is opened with the following tems in there a textbox for entering text, a selectbox with font names, a color picker. and a submit button. If this is clicked then then a new layer is placed on top of the later that is allready there ( these layers can be dragged and dropped ) another file browse button, if this is clicked you can browse to an image and that is palced as an new layer on top of the layers that are allready there and a button called "make image" if this is clicked then a js function called that I can use to pass this information to my .net app. so the function would return the follwoing the image to be used for the bg layer all the text layers with there top and left postions ( based on there position in the first background layer, the text, the text color and the fontname. all the image layers with there top and left position ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
