code puzzle: make HTML internal anchor pop .JS window

Solve a javascript coding puzzle: show me how to use HTML internal anchors to select and invoke one individual javascript function ## Deliverables My site has google map 'tour' pages which display multiple events connected by polylines. Here's an example page: <[login to view URL]> Each event also has an individual date page, for example: <[login to view URL]> I am looking for a way to display individual events on the main tour page by using HTML internal anchors instead of sub-pages - the desired URL for the above event would look like this: [[login to view URL]][1] Instead of displaying all the dates, the # anchor would hop to a point in the page which would trigger only the popup for the indicated date. If no anchor is given, the tour page should function as normal. This is a programming puzzle - I don't know how to do it. If you know how, you can simply save View Source and modify the example page to add the date anchors so it works for this example, and show me what I have to generate for HTML/javascript.
