Develop a simple Joomla and/or Drupal Plugin

I need simple plugin created that will add social bookmarking button to any joomla website. A simple one-click install by which a generic code snippet for social bookmarking button will be added to the site. ANY Joomla webmaster should be able to add this to his/her website.
I would like to have the same developed for Drupal as well. In your bid please make sure to mention whether you are bidding to write the plugin for
- Joomla
- Drupal
- or both.
If you can develop this plugin for other platforms, please do mention that as well alongwith the names of those platforms.
I expect to pay no more than $50 for this task.
