Deal-A-Day E-Commerce site with Voting, Member Registration, and Forums

This project is for a deal-a-day site. In reality, it's a [login to view URL] clone, complete with voting and the like, so go there to get pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. I'm not looking for much design, just the backend system tied to Joomla! (or WordPress if you can manage it) and then enough of a barebone design to make sure the coding works. These are the key elements of the project: - First, I need account management for the users – the ability to create accounts and make sure they’re valid. For security’s sake we’d want to limit those who can vote to accounts that have made purchases before. - Second, I need entry creation abilities – the ability to submit a design, have it upload and register as a given user’s, and automatically post to the site with a blank voting slate. - Third, you need voting capabilities – the ability to vote as a registered user once, have that display on the site and then order the list accordingly. - Fourth, I need the winning design to add itself as the next item for sale for a week. It would also need to automatically create a forum post for the poster and link to it, so members can comment and discuss the item. (again, see [login to view URL]) - Finally, I need e-commerce functions to handle purchase, payment, shipping, etc. A shopping cart won't be needed so much, because there's only one item for sale per week. I can't stress this enough: this a store backend much like [login to view URL] -- complete with voting, account and entry creation, etc.
