Complete revamp

i currently have a poetry website, where users are able to register and then log into the system and post their poetry on to the site. The site then has several features which are advantageous to the user registering. However, as this is was in the past just a hobby, there are numerous problems and glitches, which i simply do not have the time to take care of. I am looking for someone who will be able to attend to not only the technical side of the side but the graphical side as well. Most importantly, i am looking for the following features to be incorporated onto my site:- - Spell Checker (If possible). - Masked Links - (e.g. [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] - an Updated administration area known glitches:- - Email address verification - email sent to client but unforunately the link doesn't change the database verable. - other php errors, where the coding has not been completed. the web address is poetry.saisp.net. The other part of the site is an article section, and who ever gets the bid here will have the first opportunity to bid on the article site, which would have to be done from scratch.
