Codeigniter Expert

I have a project that is a development of a Developers website. A developers website is a website where developers can lean, find there remedies to there stuck codes and suitable scripts. Design is already made of front end and also of the admin, html files are ready. Some main thing to be developed in the website are: 1) the website is divided in to 2 section one learning section resembles to [login to view URL] and the other is script downloading section which resembles to dynamic drive. 2) in the learning section people can learn for free. like if they want to learn php they get session like the w3schools. there are sections in sections there are chapters and in them there are topics. 3) there is a search box, where one can search any function related to any language and also he can search scripts from there too. 4) members can register and they only have to login and than they can upload any script / comment / answer any question / or ask any question (like please ask if they are stuck in any code) 4) there is a admin section, admin have full control over the website. like changing the front banners and approvals. adding learning session etc etc 5) The script can be demo there in the website like dynamic drive. please read this and people who can make it can put bid other wise dont bother. Please provide examples website that you have developed using Cogeigniter.
