CSS Tabbed Content - Easy!

Hello,
This is a very easy job but I just don't have the time to do it at the moment. All I require is a css/js built tabbed content area, which looks exactly like the one on this page: [url removed, login to view]
However, I don't want the page to refresh when you click each tab and it must NOT affect the back button functionality!
You don't need worry about putting any content in the tabbed div area.
Like I say, easy money for an easy job...a lot of you probably have the code to do this already. Let me know if there any questions.
