Badges: Module modification for multi-site functionality

I have a lot of work to be done and can provide a lot of stable opportunities. Right now I am looking to hire an expert web developer or programmer to accomplish very specific tasks. This is basically what I want, but there are some modifications that I need: [login to view URL] 1. I need to be able to track profiles across an unlimited number of external sites. To accomplish this there would be a snippet of html, javascript, css, and maybe php. 2. I need the ability to add unlimited number of badge types and medals. 3. I need a way to add points based on custom events. 4. I need some widgets that can be embedded on remote websites that will display a username, profile, points, badges, etc. 5. I would prefer it to be independent of the wordpress platform. 6. I want to support levels (100 points: level 1, 300 points: level 2, etc.) 7. Php- I would like a way to have a script that can perform transactions on the points on remote websites, that is, adding points as a reward, and subtracting points upon given events (cannot perform certain events if there aren't enough points). You can code from scratch or find a module or existing script. What price can you do this for? I have cash to pay.
