Affiliate Downliner Builder Script Needed Urgent

I want a affiliate downline builder script for my website i.e, [url removed, login to view], the main features will be as follows-

1-User Registeration with their referral url option.

2-Paypal Payment Gateway

3-Multi tier Downline builder, means user will be able to refer users and they all will go on their downline

4-User must able to send message to admin.

5-Download section in user area.

6-User must be able to buy products from their user area.

7-User must be able to see their downline details and will be able to message them.

In Admin Area i wanted-

1-User management- edit their profile, password, see their downlines.

2-Payment Management- Pay Users for the users they referred.

3-Message system- Message all members

4-Membership Level Management- Free or Upgrade.

5-Product Shop- Add products and services with paypal as payment gateway.

This i want for now and if your work is good then i am going to add more modules to this in next project.
