We're looking to get help with taking our existing site functionality and giving it the update redesign it needs.
This will include.. adding friends between members, adding rating for events, etc.. more contribution mgt and control etc.
Ideally with more stable code base, and more scaleable. and moving towards cleaner tableless design and markup, to help the seo, web promotion, to help get members.
Ideally you've built community websites, and understand the ideas of AJAX, javascript, php, mysql and will get the idea behind the sites, and see ways to improve them etc..
[url removed, login to view] is the main url but we want the same template to work for many sites,
Budget is limited as free resource, but really want to up the functionality and experience..
I've recently found sites like [url removed, login to view] and Zaadz, that have the kind of features we're missing.. and remotegoat events etc..

In short term.. adding a forum, classifieds would be a good help, integrating with current database.
Note - currently the sites are php, mysql
and will need to plan for better site backup, redundancy down the line.
