Add light- or greybox to joomla-powered web-page that displays clickable map to different sub-articles

We want you to make the attached mockup be "real" on a Joomla-driven page. At the top, we want the small clickable worldmap to be. Next to it, there should be the nine different locations in two columns with smallest possible size of link-text clickable directly to the location of the right sub-article per page (not there yet, but we'll create them before we upload from the staging to the production site). Also, the map itself should be clickable and a lightbox or greybox would come out, show the big map, and there, the colored countries (where the company has offices) should be made clickable, also to the same sub-articles.
