Add basic "Property Manager" functionality to listing site

We are developing a Real Estate Website in PHP 5.3 with Smarty 3.1.8 Templates, and the database is Microsoft SQL Server 2012. We want to develop and integrate a new module into it “Property Manager”. Real Estate Agents/consultants (Users) will be the primary user of this module and there will be admin area as well. Real Estate Agents will use this module to maintain their data (Customers (Person), Lease Contracts, and Sell Contracts etc.). You can explore our development website [login to view URL] The Tables and ERD is already in place for this new module, and the tables involves as follows:: • Users (table holds Real estate agents) • Person (Table holds Customers data like Owner, Tenant and buyer) • Property (Table holds the property offered for sale or rent) • Lease-Contract (table holds Lease contract transitions) • Lease-Contract-Terms (table holds the lease contract terms between the owner and the tenant) • Lease Payments (table holds the installments' information) • Sell-Contract: (table holds Sell contract transitions) • Sell-Contract-Terms (table holds the Sell contract terms between the owner and the buyer) • Contract-Form: (table holds a collection of "Contract Form" templates by each real-estate agent) • Contract-Term: (Table holds the terms associated to the "Contract Form" table) • Contract-Form-Catalog: (table holds a collection of "Contract Form" templates that maintained by website Admin and can be copied by the real-estate agents into their contract profile) • Contract-Term-Catalog: Table holds the terms associated to the " Contract-Form-Catalog " table) The Property Manger functionalities need to be implemented into 2 locations. All functionality we appear under new tap names "Property Manger" 2. Only logged in users can access Property Manger functionalities 3. Browse "Contract catalogs" with option to copy any of them to the user profile of (Contract forms) 4. Mange "Contract Forms" profile (Add/Update Delete) + search functionality 5. Manage "Lease Contracts" (Add/Update Delete) + search functionality 6. Manage "Sell Contracts" (Add/Update Delete) + search functionality 7. Manage Payment/Installment against a Lease Contract (Add/Update Delete) + search functionality 8. Sell Contracts List with Search Functionality The new module must follow our architecture. You have to study and get familiar with our current design; we will help you in understanding if anything feels confusing to you. The general design is like written below.
