Add MySql queries in PHP pages

I need a developer to add mysql queries into a php software.
The software is very simple:
a database of companies and calls that are made to these companies
This is the structure:
- Login page
- Home page: here there are 3 independent fields of research:
search by company search by person name, search by zip.
Each search sent to a page with the results placed in the list, a result for each page.
Important: case sensitive: upper or lower have to be the same. And could be more then one single word (i.e. name surname")
Under the fields of research there are the actions "to do today" (check server date and "date_to_call" field into calls table).
This is a list with the data taken from the database, paged in 10 results per page.
- Search Result Page: paginated with a single record per page, same structure as "to do today".
Edit/Delete Companies Page: a page with records from companies tables in table, button "edit" and checkbox and buttons "delete selected records" with confirm request.
The database has two tables:
companies: contains preload data, should not be modified.
Calls: These data should be entered and modified, not eliminated. This table has a idcompany to be connected to the id in the table companies.
Each company will have more calls to be included in the table calls.
The list is as follows:
each record begins with company data (static) and under will have the last call (by date created), then inside an accordion called "call history", there are other calls related to that company.
In the record, there will be these buttons:
"add new call" that opens a popup with the data to be inserted into the table calls.
"edit" change the data previously entered.
"next" and "previous" to go to next and previous record.
The software currently take only the data from the table companies show that, so all pages are already built in php with paging, you only need to enter queries.
I will give all pages, db with samples data and detailed instructions about commented code.
