a web application with excel integration in the backend

a web application in any language, most likely ajax, that integrates an excel file in the backend and allows for printing. the basic idea goes like this: i need a form on the website that allows for inputs by the end users. and after the user has submitted the form, the backend web application should take the values obtained from the form and put them into a ready-made excel file (each value is directed to a specific place within the excel file). then the user can choose print and it should print from the excel file format. the requirements are that the users do not see the excel file and the values from the form must be protected using SSL certificates. after printing, the values are logged by inserting them into a mysql database table.
