Classifieds Website

I am starting a company on line and I need help building the form code and display codes for a classifieds / Auction web page. I have the web structure and design done and I am in need of someone who can help me with some of the coding.

If there is some one that has stock code i would be willing to go that wrought as well.

Things I need:

Public area:

~Login verification

~Search category function

~Display Function

-One for action results

-One for Classifieds results

User Login area:

~Manage classifieds:

-Define as Action or Classified ad

-Purchase new classified

-Re-up the classifieds/Action item (Show what the time remaining is)

-edit / submit

-Show count views by account / by each item

-Display and email an expiration notice

Admin Login area:

~Search category function (edit/delete)

~Search Users function (edit/delete)

~Display Function (Change the duration an item is displayed before EXPIRING)

~View function (By account / By each item)
