Hello, we would like to migrate from Marchex to Twilio - and integrate Twilio with [url removed, login to view] (by Salesforce). Our requirements are fairly simple. We have phone numbers in Twilio. When those phone numbers are dialed, we would like to (1) forward the calls to another number, (2) record the calls, and (3) securely email the call recordings to an email address that is monitored by [url removed, login to view], which we will have setup to create a new ticket, (b)

We would like Twilio to play a message stating that "your call will be recorded" before forwarding the call to the new number.

Please provide a quote for the above and a time estimate.

The project above is quite straightforward. We would also like a separate quote on incorporating a bit more Marchex-like functionality into a separate system from that described above. In this new system, additional functionality would be that when the twilio number is dialed, it first forwards to phone number 1 - allows say 3 rings - and then forwards to phone number 2 and allows another 3 rings - and then finally - if no one picks up - sends to voice mail. That voicemail would then be sent to an email address which would be monitored by Desk.com. What's more, if someone calls and hangs up it should also send an email to Desk.com. The three different email types (recorded call, voicemail, hangup) should have different email subjects and bodies.

We would like to have this project completed quite quickly - please bid on this only if you have experience with Twilio.
