ALBP Project 1: SEO Keywords and Descriptions

We need a seasoned SEO expernt to provide a well researched list of 40 keywords specific to the items we sell. Using wordtracker or your own software, we want a keyword guru to find not only the most popular keywords but also “under- utilized?? or undiscovered keywords that we can use for our paid advertising efforts. Please provide an excel list of words, estimated monthly traffic, and our current Google page rank for each word or keyword phrase of (insert date here). WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A LIST OF ALL THE OBVIOUS KEYWORDS. We could do that ourselves. This will take some research and thought. We think inside the box around here. We are hiring you to think OUTSIDE THE BOX and get us some traffic! Part 2 ??" We need a description ??" short and long for Yahoo (Overture) advertising purposes. One REALLY GOOD selling description for all the keywords. At this point, we are not asking for a different description for every keyword. Be sure to read the attachment for more info on this project and more projects like it! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
