Design & develope a wordpress theme for gadgets' blog

I have created my new blog (The iGadget - [login to view URL]), it's a blog selling Apple Inc. products and items to users. We'll sell iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, MacBook accessories, cases, unlock SIMs, and more gadgets. I need a simple theme (SEO optimized: making the post title h1, adding keywords and description to homepage and more), the main color of the theme will be blue #4a73b9 or something similar to this color. The theme will be similar to an eCommerce theme (but not using eCommerce), will include a "Buy" button at the bottom of every post which is edited by me at every post, and a "Save" or "Watchlist" button to save items for watching later (using the same IP or cache, something like that I don't know but I don't want it to be with user login). There will be buttons for Facebook, Twitter, G+, RSS feed at the sidebar, along with Subscribe widget with a place for e-mails. I need a good navbar with some tabs below the logo. The posts on the homepage will be a photo post with title, price and a small description, every row may include 2 - 3 posts. I also need something below the navbar to show the most bought items (containing at least 3 items with pictures - no description).
