Create a Wordpress Template

We need a Wordpress template created from the attached photo for a client (a bartending company). This will be a two column template. The template needs to be created for the predominant display resolution (1366 x 768). The main color for the template will be black. Text will be white and there should be two other colors used (an olive color that matches the olives in the image and a red that matches the pimento in the image). The menu will be below the header and the left gutter will contain other widgets. The template will use the english language. The image does not need to be the background for the template. Use your imagination on how to best use the image, colors in the image and layout of the template to make the final site pleasing to the eye. The image is important and, if cropped or modified, should convey to the viewer that this site is for an adult beverage company who provides high-class bartenders for client events.
