I don't need a full template created, just some difficult tweaks made to a genesis theme site. I need a menu made like the one in the image attached. In to top left of website, transparent and fixed so that when the site scrolls the menu never moves. When the browser is made smaller, the menu needs to remain visible and not go behind the website or in front of it. This menu will replace the menu on this site [login to view URL] And as you can see in the attached pdf, the info above that primary menu can also be hidden. There is more work in this site beyond this, if the price is fair and the code tightly written:) Thanks
