Create a Wordpress Template

We need a custom wordpress template for a young 20-40 women's lifestyle non-blog including: fashion, health, beauty etc. We need a template that includes a fixed top and left graphic (outside perimeters are set- only inside of site needs to be independently populated). Right side navigation using tabs (like a file folder/planner) that upon clicking displays the content for that tab within the set perimeter. One tab needs the ability to go to a "calendar-type" view, which would be images that could also link to various content pages within the tabbed categories. The tabbed categories need to also be able to filtered within/between each other. No need for logo, content, graphic design... just a beautiful template we are able to update daily with relative ease (change colors, content, images, etc.). We want our website to be: feminine, clean, minimalist, custom, letterpress like...a high quality, designer feel. We have attached photos indicative of the tone we're looking for.
