Hello, your task seems simple enough, although i would certainly need a bit more information about your project as some aspects of your brief are a bit confusing. (Freelancer wouldn’t let me send a clarification message) I have over a decades development experience and have a lot of experience using Joomla and many other CMS systems, Where my confusion comes is that Joomla doesn’t use smarty templates by default. I know you then went on to clarify that the template was not Joomla. I have plenty of experience using smarty templating aswell and use it regularly as i generally use prestashop for ecommerce websites (which uses smarty templating). We also use a custom CMS that uses smarty. I’d need a bit more information, but if its a simple case of adding some of your CMS elements into a smarty template or creating a template from your files, that would be no problem and could be completed in a few days to the specified budget. I have built PHP based CMS systems from scratch so if we’re talking something a bit more complicated, such as creating a templating system for your CMS please send me a message or reply to this bid and we can open some dialogue about what you need doing so i can say for sure if i can do it within budget and to the required timescale. Perhaps you could also let me know the CMS platform you want the template creating for (or is it custom ?)
