Conference Platform - repost

We need to create a website where live conferences can be viewed through BigBlueButton or a similar platform. We Also need the following features on this site 1) Access to platform only through registration of users through log in process 2)Integration of payment method preferably paypal 3) Archiving events 4) We need separate pages designed for landing page, registration, each conference, each user profile giving details of activity. 5) An administrator page with control of conference / user activity / payments 6) Tutors should have their own dash board with events they've created, and their earnings based on the number of students who have signed up
