Changes to existing website

I'm looking for a php and mysql programmer to make several changes to an existing website. The frontend of the website contains several forms that are driven from the admin side. Here's what needs to be done: 1) slightly adjust the front end forms so that they fit properly (they need to be shrunk a bit) on the homepage and also some background added and borders removed. 2) make necessary changes so that all front end forms are driven correctly by the necessary information in the backend (admin). As an example, the backend needs to ask for detail information such as time and pricing and reflect that information in the front end 3) frontend needs to be connected to paypal 4) some thank you screens need to be added 5) zipcodes and postal codes need to be read from a file containing this information (I already have it) so that users can see predictive typing of these codes 6) admin area needs to show some metrics such as items sold, total items sold and when, etc Max bid $80
