1 - Post the latest images from a folder on my web server to a webpage every thirty seconds (from a webcam)
2 - The images are to have a 'template border" placed on each of them, in the form of a .png image - this will be provided
3 - A script that deletes the images on the web server after they have been on the server for one hour
